Quality Assurance

All of our dentists are committed to continually improving their knowledge and undertake a number of hours of continual professional development each year (CPD).

We perform regular clinical audits and take part in a thorough quality assurance programme organised by Denplan. All staff regularly participate in staff training and attend relevant courses. The appropriate bodies routinely check all equipment and we adhere strictly to the necessary guidelines.

Should you, however, have any concerns about the treatment or service you have received at our practice, please contact Taimur Khan (Patient Care Officer and Practice Director) who will advise you of the practice complaints procedure and do her utmost to address any concerns you have – tel. 01642 570147. In the unlikely event that concerns are not resolved locally, the professional body who would handle these is the Dental Complaints Service funded by the General Dental Council – Dental Complaints Service Stephenson House 2 Cherry Orchard Road Croydon CR0 6BA – tel. 08456 120 540.
