Same Day Teeth

When dental implants were first used and for many years after it was normal to place dental implants and leave them to integrate into the bone for up to six months before teeth could be fitted onto them. Now, in about 50% of all cases treated at CDIC, we provide teeth the same day the patients own teeth are extracted or where they do not have any teeth the same day that their dental implants are placed.

Same day teeth can be provided using conventional dental implants or the new mini and midi implants. Conventional dental implants must be used where a tooth is extracted and a dental implant placed immediately into the socket. Where there are no teeth present it is possible to use either conventional dental implants of the new mini and midi implants which on average cost slightly over half the price of conventional dental implants. By using several different systems CDIC always seeks to provide its patients with the best possible treatment for their particular circumstances and does not try to make one system fit all situations.

See some before and after photographs of same day teeth treatments carried out by CDIC by visiting our case studies section.
