This lady only had four upper front teeth remaining, one of which was behind her lower teeth and she basically hated her smile. Orthodontic treatment was carried out initially to push her upper left tooth into the correct position and then bridges were fitted. Smiling is no longer a problem for this patient, it is now something she enjoys doing.
