This patient attended worried that he was going to lose his upper teeth and have to wear a denture. He already wore a full lower denture and really did not want to have to wear a full upper denture as well. He was unable to have a full set of upper teeth but with the eight teeth on a bridge he received he was able to smile and eat normally and was delighted with the result.
