This is a combination of re-contouring and adding tooth coloured filling to the teeth. The patient did not like her front teeth at all and although the majority of the work could have been done with fixed braces this was impossible as she was getting married in three months time. The teeth were shortened and tooth coloured filling material used to cover up the unsightly mark and build out the teeth to fill in the gap. The patients mother came in to the practice a few days later to say thank you for making her daughter so happy.
