This patient disliked her in-standing upper right lateral incisor tooth, but was unsure if she would like a tooth in its correct position and so any treatment for her had to be reversible. By adding tooth coloured filling materials onto the tooth it was possible to build the tooth up into correct alignment. Had the patient not like the result it could have been removed without damaging the tooth. Once the patient saw the finished result she was overjoyed at the outcome and certainly did not want it removing.
