At Greenfields House, we hope you will feel completely at home. If we neglect to offer you a tea or coffee, please feel free to ask for one or help yourself to a bottle of water. Select the channel you want on the TV or switch it off if you would prefer some peace and quiet. Current magazines and patient information are there for your perusal, whilst a PS2 and toys will, hopefully, occupy our younger patients. Even Goldilocks would find the perfect chair, down to a very laid back, slight rocking chair - don't fall asleep! Ask a member of staff should you like to see a patient education video which will explain, in animated form, various dental procedures. Our surgeries are air conditioned - should you feel too hot or too cold just let us know and we can achieve the perfect temperature for you. If you are less able and can't manage the stairs, we have 3 ground floor surgeries for your benefit.
Need cheering up - visit our Hall of Smiles and take in a joke or two or have a friendly chat with our staff. Should you need to discuss something in private , away from the reception desk, please ask to use our seminar room - we respect your right to privacy.
At home, away from home, we are sure we can make you comfortable.
