How to join our Denplan Excel Care Scheme

Joining our Denplan Excel Care Scheme is very easy and involves an initial private consultation at a cost of £60.00 to assess what treatment, if any, is needed to make you dentally fit and to assess what Denplan banding applies to you. Should you require any treatment, you will be given an estimate of the cost of your private treatment before any treatment is carried out. Once dentally fit, Denplan forms are completed and depending on which Denplan banding is applied, your Denplan monthly fee is debited from your bank account. Our Denplan bandings range from £15.63 to £41.87 per month. Children up to the age of 6 join our practice free and those from the age of 6 and under 18 pay £8.94 per month for their Denplan Excel Care, providing one adult family member is registered with our scheme. Those children up to the age of 6 who do not have an adult family member registered under our Denplan Excel Care Scheme pay £5.00 per month and those from 6 up to the age of 18 pay £10.94 per month.

Thereafter, all of your routine dental care is included in our Denplan Excel Care Scheme with the exception of laboratory fees for items such as crowns, bridges and dentures and instruments used for endodontic treatment. Tooth coloured fillings, oral cancer screening using our Velscope machine and in-house emergency treatment are all included as standard as part of your Denplan Excel Care Scheme.
